Obviously CSKA is not going to serve as some kind of "farm system" for the Nets as Bowie suggests, though I think his point about Prokhorov looking for talent in Europe (players and coaches) has obvious merit as Sarunas Marciulionis and Arvydas Sabonis have already been linked to the team via Wojnarowski and the guy is not even technically owner yet. When he sold out his stake in Norilsk Nickel, he lost his 25% interest in CSKA. It was tied to his investment in Norilsk. Not sure the NBA would look kindly on an owner having interests in both NBA and Euroleague teams.
