		<description>Manuel, I ultimately agree - I think the main thrust of this post, which I hope came across, is TWill is going to have to adjust the speed of the NBA. He probably converts some of those passes in college - but in the NBA, not so much.

PS - Sebastian is still speaking with me after this post.</description>

		<description>i think that when u said he was trying to be too cute on the pass to hayes u were exactly right i think hes unselfish but at the same time he wants the recognition of making a great play and not just making the best decision with the ball in his hands. he doesnt just want to set up his teammates for an assist he wants to make the magnificent pass that leads to the great shot. i think he just needs to keep it simple and take his time if he does that then hel be awesome cuz i do think hes going to be a good player.</description>
