Indeed Brook should help the short-handed Nets frontcourt more on the inside, but I think there are positives to the situation. One being Brook still manages some put-backs on the offensive end. Two being Brook looks like he is 2 steps away from hitting the three. I would almost bet Brook can hit threes at a higher clip than Bobby Simmons can from the top of the three point line.
