		<description>Good point Alex... I was at first a little concerned about some of the stuff CDR was saying and doing - but I guess when your team is off to an 0-12 start, and you still care as much as he, it&#039;s good sign. But yes, the maturity has to come with it at some point.</description>

I was wondering who said that, so thanks for this.

As for the subject, intensity is great. Combining it with composure makes it effective though, no?

Of course that&#039;s something that will come with time, but with high energy young guys like that...they tend to get a little too jumpy at times.</description>
