		<description>All Laurence Frank needs to do is ride the hot hand instead of reverting back to the starting line up at the start of every quarter.

Frustrating to see him take out players that were playing extremely well, and then they come back into the game like crap.</description>

Nice piece.  

My perspective on the matter (without addressing questions of coaching ability):

It would have been foolish to let him go before the season even if ownership were not looking for change under the sofa cushions.  To give any coach this particular roster is to set him up for failure.  Why pay two guys to achieve the same inevitable result?

Given that L ain&#039;t gonna be a Net by the time they play Dallas, they should have let him go immediately after the Knicks game.  Like his coaching or not, the guy has worked his ass off since the day he got to town.  Out of respect for his efforts they should let him move on before he has to wear 0-17 around his neck for the rest of his career.</description>
