[...] 9. Terrence Williams, SF, New Jersey Nets: T-Will might be having the worst rookie season of any player that averages nearly 10 points and almost five boards. He is shooting a horrible percentage — and it’s getting worse not better — but he is on a bad team that is looking at the lottery next year already. Bad teams play young players, so Williams has a chance to turn it up and have a productive rookie year. I would keep an eye on T-Will as he has potential as a Fantasy fill in. Unfortunately, he’s having a really tough time adjusting to life in the NBA and the frustrations are showing as evidenced by his recent Twitter tirades. [...]

When I watched the bobcats game I was just totally appalled by his shot selection and why he would keep shooting and shooting even if he hadn't been able to hit a single shot. You'd think someone would tell him to take it to the hole and get to the foul line. His upside is looking like it's getting lower

Totally agree sublicon, but as a professional athlete he needs to recognize people are watching and not tweet stuff like that. I am not worried about that stuff to much though, it is the whole him openly wishing to be on another team and complaining about being benched part that worries me the most.

Seb, granted he shouldn't be opening his mouth at all . . did you read the Twitter feed from either of those douchebags? It looks like the @MMEIZINGER cat just created a Twitter account to launch a weak hate campaign, and the other dude I think conveniently omitted a bunch of his tweets as I highly doubt T-Will just decided to call him horrible for no reason. Fans my ass.

Hell, even on the playground someone who just chucks the ball at the basket whenever he has a half-open touch is regarded as either stupid or an a**hole. I can't imagine his teammates are too thrilled with his possession-killing antics.

This plays into my concerns about TWill going back to "Nate-gate" over the summer when he and Nate Robinson tweeted about getting pulled over in the Bronx. Terrence is very charismatic, and clearly has talent, but he's very immature. I can't think of a single professional athlete who has only experienced "winning," and yes, the Nets 1-19 start is shocking, but he's never going to be a "winning" ball player if he can't deal properly with losing. I honestly hope Kiki makes an example of him - even if it's short-term. The Knicks have been great since Nate was benched by D'Antoni - maybe Terence Williams needs to sit back and watch his teammates win without him before it starts to sink in.
