Manuel - I think the only reason you consider trading Devin if you get Wall is he could potentially bring back something good that will better round out the team better. But if the offers for Devin are salary dumps and crap, then you keep them both and you see how they can coexist.

cant Wall and Harris play in the back court together if we win that lottery. he is a Wall is a pretty big guard and is quick so i think he can do well playin at the 2 guard position.

I disagree I think he's an under point guard. I mean really when you see him play next to Rafer Alston you apreciate how good devin court vision and passing really is. Reason people don't realise it is he hasn't had consitent scoring option the last two years and wasn't always the ball handler in Dallas. But some of those sick passes to Lopez every so often show what he can do. Sure he makes mistakes but when he has more consitent players around him he's pass better.

As for John Wall I've wondered the same thing of what we do if we get him. I know he'll probably be a superstar but you have to hesitate before you trade a young all star and go with a rookie.

Finally I think you mean 2011 playoffs.

I think we are seeing the real DH
DH is not a a good PG. He is not setting up players to score. Brook should have had at least 35 points last night.
DH is not recognizing mismatches or hot players.
Yes he can get to the foul line. yes he can take it to the hoop.
But where is the jumper?
Where are the assists??
VC created the space for DH last year, now the defense just hangs off of him and clogs the lane.
ALLSTAR??
where is he??
hes in ORLANDO

Haha - well played Tony. Though I wonder if Devin continues to be up and down this season, if the Nets consider trading him if they strike gold in the John Wall lottery.

Poor shooting is a result of not having legs under you. This is still essentially this guy's first 10 games of the season - coming off a lower body injury. I think he'll be ok, just be patient. You want these guys to be healthy for the playoffs, in 2012.

Harris is great but it seems obvious that he is a great #2 or #3 player on a good team. Brook seems to be our real gem player, and Devin is no more than a great player who probably won't have more than 2 All Star appearances, which is not a BAD thing.

I think Harris needs 2 kick it up to the other level. he needs 2 start playing like he did last year, and he clearly isnt/ But i do agree with this article, he is coming around.

If you ask me, I could be completely off though, I think that opponents are simply learning how to defend Harris very well. When the Nets are scouted by other teams, the only two players they really need to focus on are Harris and Lopez. I think that teams are learning to guard Harris without fouling him on every play. Every time he seems to go the rim it appears that the lane just gets compltely cramped with defenders. Since his jumper just won't go down, as long as defenders can clog the lane, Harris can be shut down. Also his need to lead the team, leads to a lot more mistakes since he is always handling the ball...
I just think he needs another man to support him on the wing since Lee cannot find his groove. If he is the only focus in the backcourt, other teams will have no problem keeping his explosiveness in check.
