I highly doubt Bosh is going to wade it out with the raptors and exit in the first round for the prime of his career when so many teams will recruit him. He may leave thats for sure, but its disheartening to read every american outlet who says he is out the door purely from their so called conventional twisted wisdom. how about they show a game or 2 on espn or tnt the raptors are one of the most exciting teams in the nba, then you can make a judgement. Typically players who are looking to test a market aren't so adamant about saying they won't go somewhere. Look at what Amre or LeBron said (who were infinitely more political), compared with Bosh and Boozer. I think the window is pretty well shut on the latter two. Very doubtful.
