Nets Are Scorching

Jr smith is perfect for this team- watching the nets' every game last season left me wonderin who would help get us out of shooting slumps . Brook was in foul trouble, harris was injured, yi was his typical self (butterfingers) and lee was shooting like....me ( I can't shoot -_-). Jr tkes a lot of shots but he also MAKES a lot of shots. He's 24, has tons of experience, and would wrk hard on a new team

I do not know how i feel about this.

1. What would the nets have to give up for him?

2. If we give up some of the young core, would there be an extension for Smith on the table?

Smith could help this team out, but at what cost.

i would love to get Smith ive been wanting him to come to the nets for a while. hes a little inconsistent but when hes on he can score with the best of them. if the cost isnt crazy it wouldnt be a bad idea he only has 1 year left and hes still very young. hes only 24!!!! i just found that out. if we cant get him now then we should definitely make a serious run at him during free agency

he would shoot you out of games? are your serious!!! he single handedly won games down the strecth for denver which is 100x the team the nets are.

jr smith would shoot us out of so many games. we really need to pass on him...

Scheyer is a typical soft Dukee. Totally useless. Cant get his own shot and is a defensive liability.

Denver didnt have a great finish last season, but Smith was the reason that team won games more then Melo. He takes alot of shots BUT HE ISNT AFRAID TO. Besides Morrow, i think alot of nets will still be hesitant to shoot (Bropez will do his thing too). I'm honestly not afraid of any off the court issues because of AJ. JR Smith would be a huge boost for this team. He is a player to be feared. I've been watching him since highschool.

No, unless he came with Anthony...and then I would still be hesitant. Depends, I guess, on what the cost would be.
